FAQ

Answers to common questions about launching FitKind for your team.

How is FitKind different from other workplace wellness benefits?

Most wellness programs are built around competition, streaks, and performance tracking. Those tools work for some employees and actively push others away. FitKind is designed specifically for the employees who don't engage with traditional programs: shorter sessions, no comparisons, and coaches who meet people at any starting point.

What does a pilot look like?

We run structured pilots with a clear start and end date. We measure two things: whether employees are moving more, and whether they feel more connected to their team. You'll receive a summary of aggregate, anonymized results at the end.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based on team size. Schedule a pilot conversation and we'll walk you through what it would look like for your organization.

Is employee data private?

Yes. Individual activity is never shared with employers. You receive only aggregate, anonymized data about program engagement overall.

How long does it take to get started?

Most pilots launch within a few weeks of signing. We handle onboarding and setup.

Who is FitKind built for?

Any employer who suspects their current wellness benefit isn't reaching everyone. Particularly useful for teams with desk workers, shift workers, or employees who've never engaged with a fitness program before.
